デジハリを卒業したけど、仕事ないですね。もっと就職のサポートもしっかりした学校作りをしてください。Worketもデータが古いのもあわせて500件とかおっしゃっていますが、最新のデータだけだと50件くらいしかないのでは･･･募集がすでに終わっている会社を掲載してどうするんですか？ほんとデジハリにきて後悔です！

さて、職種にもよりますが、コンテンツ産業全体でいえば、人材を探している企業やプロジェクトは多いので、仕事自体が無いという状況ではないといえると思います。

ここ数年、東京校の学校長室直下で、Worketのデータのアップデートをやっておりますが、たとえば、10月の一ヶ月で144件の求人があり、募集総数は300人程度でした。ただデザイナー、プログラマー、ディレクターなど職種が別れておりますので、ご希望職種に関しては、50件程度ということだと思います。

募集については、締め切りとなっている企業もありますが、企業様のほうで、募集時でなくても、ぜひ入社したいということであれば、レジメと作品を、いつでも送って欲しいとのことで、Worketへの掲載継続をされている状況が多いのです。

就職可能企業を紹介するうえでも、デジハリとしても、会社やプロジェクトが存続しているものについては、掲載をしております。本日、現在では、575件です。

実際、募集をしていない企業に、積極的なアプローチをかけて就職されている方は多くいらっしゃいます。そのような方々は、デジハリの就職担当の者と、いろいろとコンタクトされている方が多いので、ぜひ、データベースだけでなく、各校の担当者、または、本部コンテンツ企画室の黒川まで、ご連絡をいただければと思います。

後悔と言われる前に、ぜひ、デジハリが持っているサービスを使い倒していただきたくお願いします。

私は家庭の事情で就職できる環境ではなかったのですが、
卒業後すぐにホームオフィスを始めました。
デジハリソリューションズからのお仕事を紹介していただき、今はその仕事で稼いでいます。

Worketからの就職はうまくいかなかったけれども、
デジタルスケープから派遣されて、派遣社員からスタートして、1年後には正社員になっているデジハリ卒業生もいます。

就職に困って直接デジハリのスタッフの人に、声をかけて
なんとか就職でき、今では食べていけるようになった人もいます。

とりあえず学校のスタッフに直接声をかけてみるなど、
してみてはどうでしょうか？

なんでもそうだけど、積極性って大事ですよね。待ってるだけの受身の姿勢では、何もやっては来ません。この業界なんてまさしくそう！どれだけ自分をアピールしていくか、新しいことに首を突っ込むか、新しい出会いをつかむかにかかっているような気がします。
システムがどうこうというより、自分がまずどんな行動を起こすかが成功への糸口だと思います。また、そんな人こそが、企業側も採用する条件になっているようです。友人（リクルート勤務）からのアドバイスですが、私も賛同・納得・実践しています。デジハリというのは、そういう「場所」「機会」を提供してくれるところじゃないですか？あと、それをどう活かすかは、本人の行動力次第のような気がします。
